Job Description: Event Marketing Representative

Hours: Monday - Events As Needed

Daily Tasks/Responsibilities

Promoting our services at Home Shows, Fairs, Festivals, and Sporting Events.

While home improvement sales experience is not required, we are looking for:

-Strong work ethic and desire to succeed

-Ability to engage immediate rapport with prospects

-Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation, and self-discipline

-Self starter Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

-Professional presence and cell phone

-Ability to learn quickly

-Restaurant/bartending backgrounds encouraged to apply

-Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of insurance

-All candidates hired must pass background check..

Qualifications:

-High School Diploma, G.E.D. or 1- 2 years equivalent work experience

-Experience in event marketing, live demos, phone sales, brand promotion, or retail preferred but not required

-Energetic self-starter, able to work independently with little or no supervision.

-Daily Internet/email access and/or smartphone required

• Arrive on time. Be at the event a few minutes early
• Be prepared, make sure you have your materials with you
• Look professional.  Bitner Brothers Inc. apparel should be worn.

Payment For Hourly Wages and Commission

-$25 for Appointment Scheduled
- $100 for closed job

• Commission/Bonuses shall be paid on the last payday Friday of every month.
• Hourly wages will be paid bi-weekly (You are expected to clock in once you arrive at the office in the morning and clock out when you leave the office in the afternoon).

Job Description: Site Assistant

Hours: Monday - Friday 7 - 4

Daily Tasks/Responsibilities

• Arrive on time, prepared to start your day at either Carlisle or Lemoyne Location
• Travel with site lead to current job site.
• lay drop cloths and plastic where applicable
• wear shoe covers
• place yard signs
• make introductions to neighbors
• 1 hourLunch
• assist installers with demolition, area preparation and materials .  Remove construction debris. Clean up. Move on to job site 2 once complete and repeat.
• Once daily site cleanup is complete return to the office for remainder of the day.
• Prep for next day’s site visits

Other Tasks./Responsibilities

• Materials Delivery.
• Materials Pick Up.
• Loading/Unloading Materials.
• Assist installers on site is any safe way that you can.
• Assist office staff with phones while in the office.

The site assistant will work on an hourly pay schedule.

$19/hour

If there is no site work for the day.  The site assistant may be asked to canvas or help with the office.  Also, 40 hours a week is not guaranteed.  Hourly work is based on project status.

Payment For Hourly Wages and Commission

Job Description: Lead Generator/Site Assistant

Hours: Monday - Friday 10 - 6

Daily Tasks/Responsibilities

• Arrive on time, prepared to start your day.
• 10-12 Lead Follow up time. Contact existing unsold proposals for future work.
• 12- 2  Canvassing Neighborhoods. Leave one post card or flyer on the front door of every house
• 2-2:30 Lunch
• 2:30 Arrive on job site 1 to assist installers.  Remove construction debris. Clean up. Move on to job site 2 once complete and repeat.
• Once daily site cleanup is complete return to the office for remainder of the day.
• Prep for calls and canvassing for tomorrow.

Hourly + Bonus Pay Structure

The Lead Generator/Site Assistant will work off of a hybrid commission and hourly pay schedule.

$15/hour + Bonus

Bonus Structure

• $25 for every good appointment set. (to be considered a good appointment, a sales representative from Bitner Brothers Construction Inc. must have the opportunity to sell and present construction solutions to the client)
• $100 for every deal closed. (A closed deal means the client has paid their deposit and the three day right to rescind has passed)
